Requirements
- quantity Surveying or estimating experience
- ability to liaise effectively with other agencies
- use and knowledge of schedule of rates contracts
- knowledge of various forms of Building Contract
- appropriate qualification in quantity surveying / estimating or related discipline
- appropriate Building qualification e.g. HNC /HND
- be I.T. literate with Microsoft suite and willing to learn new packages and systems
Responsibility
- assist in the Estimating/Quantity Surveying functions for Asset Management including the preparation of monthly monitoring information and valuations
- responsible for the regular up-dating of computer data, spreadsheets, project management data in respect of the estimating/ surveying function
