  • schedule & carry out property viewings – Sales and Letting
  • reference & Credit check process for all applicants and ensure property is ready for entry
  • generate new leads through marketing and networking
  • negotiate and co-ordinate offers – Sales and Letting
  • provide support to the Sales Manager as required
  • provide landlords and vendors with regular feedback
  • respond to and monitor daily property enquiries
  • maintain database of prospective purchasers & tenants
