Responsibility

  • to work in a nursing and care home in South London within our portfolio of 31 Care homes which require improvements
  • work closely with the commissioners, people living in our homes, families and our teams to improve outcomes for all stakeholders
  • to ensure a safe, compliant, excellent quality level of care is provided to all the people living in our homes
  • to be recognised as a provider of choice within the community

Requirements

  • care Home Management experience with older people
  • registered Nurse qualified with active PIN - desirable
  • excellent leadership qualities
  • A passion for elderly care
  • RMA level 4 or NVQ Level 5 qualified
  • excellent CQC knowledge
  • experience of working with improvement and project plans
