- customer service - a passion for providing an exceptional level of customer service at all times, ideally in a face to face environment
- communication - a natural communicator, with the ability to resolve issues and complaints effectively • Health & Safety - an understanding of the importance of health & safety, experience of dealing with challenging or emergency situations • IT – Proficiency in basic IT skills is required, with good DIY and, maintenance and gardening experience and skill
Responsibility
- co-ordinate maintenance on the site upon receipt of any site reports given from the General Manager. Ensure maintenance is then completed and meets legal requirements before signing off, including any Health and Safety legislation
- follow processes and guidelines to ensure all maintenance and actions are carried out to achieve the desired business outcomes
- assisting to source suitable contractors for the site
