Working hours
- full-time
Responsibility
- oversee daily operations of the kitchen, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of service
- develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve profitability
- monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- train and mentor staff to provide exceptional customer service
- coordinate catering and banquet events, ensuring smooth execution and customer satisfaction
- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- day to day operations will be cooking food such as pasties, pies, prepare sandwiches, daily special meals, hot meals, breakfast items and preparing homemade meals to sell
- handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
Requirements
- creativity and innovation to expand our food range
- proven experience as a restaurant/kitchen/cafe manager or assistant manager
- strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- familiarity with restaurant management software systems
- experience in catering industry is preferred
