Hello! The commis chef at Castle Green Hotel will be responsible for assisting in the food preparation process, cooking and preparing high-quality dishes, and assisting other chefs. They will also be expected to help with deliveries and restocking, contribute to maintaining kitchen and food safety standards, and clean stations. The working hours are straight shifts, predominantly from 3pm to 11pm, with some 9am to 5pm shifts on occasion. The days of work are 5 per week, including weekends.
