Responsibility

  • our Gastro Hotel is looking for an experienced chef to join its little team. Helping to manage the running of the Gastro Pub kitchen on a day to day basis with the help of the other chefs
  • we are looking for a real foodie that can lead and inspire the brigade to ensure the kitchen runs smoothly at all times, further developing our food offering and helping to grow the business
  • working closely with the Executive Chef this exciting role will involve using all resources including the Smokers, Our exclusive Wagyu herd and Wood and Charcoal Cooking… to develop the menu that dips its toes in all parts of the world
