your role within our family-owned, Civil Engineering Supplies business will be diverse and interesting
as your experience increases so will your pay
as an integral part of our friendly team you will initially take responsibility for processing customer orders, booking-in and allocation of stock and liaising with sites to arrange delivery dates and times
it’s important to us that our people grow with us and are given opportunities to enhance their skills and responsibility
your initial time with us will see you undertaking administrative roles whilst undergoing training where you will learn everything about the business from the ground up
we feel that knowing our products is key to providing our customers with great service so your first few months will be hands on to understand our products, processes and timeframes
once you have the knowledge to provide a great service to our clients as sales administrator, you will adopt an office-based role managing customer accounts, pricing work and following orders through the end-to-end lifecycle, communicating with clients and service providers via email and phone
your working week would be Mon-Thurs 8am-5pm, Fri 8am – 4pm typically but we have flexible arrangements with some of the team to accommodate their life needs where it fits within the needs of the business
