Responsibility

  • this role has the opportunity, for the right applicant, to progress to a more senior role within the agency
  • as anEstate Agent Sales Negotiator, you will have already at least 3 years experience in the the industry
  • you will also be going out on viewings and inspections and check ins/outs
  • casa Real Estate , we are a friendly Northern Winning Awards Sales & Letting Agency specialise in the management of tenanted residential property
  • due to expansion, we are currently looking to recruit a dynamic Estate Agent / Sales Lettings Negotiator who will be based at our Salford Branch
  • you will be working both in and out of the office and with a salary of £23,000-25,000 pro rata depending on experience
  • your role will involve all aspects of lettings administration such as preparing tenancy agreements and move in paperwork, references, typing inventories, organising PAT & gas tests, inspection paperwork and check out reports as and required managing the team who are carrying this task on a day to day basis
  • property background in the letting sector experience is essential
