- the core business of both companies are mechanical and automated car parking systems
- CAS Engineering Ltd complete installations, WOHR UK Ltd are responsible for Service and Maintenance activities
- manage sales and installation projects from start to finish
- develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction
- work with external building design teams to advise on our products
- analyse customer data to identify trends and areas of improvement
- CAS Engineering Ltd and WOHR UK Ltd are sister companies sharing the same address but cover different aspects of the same business
- prepare detailed technical offers to clients
Education
- GCSE or equivalent
Requirements
- the ideal candidate will have a technical qualification in either Mechanical Engineering; Electro Mechanical Engineering or Construction
- be able to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
- good written and verbal communication skills are essential to success in the role
- confidence & knowledge to meet and liaise with architects, developers and contractors to identify project requirements
- calm under pressure and able to provide guidance when applicable
- confident in the use of MS Office; Outlook; CRM Systems
- experience with HSE requirements; Construction Requirements
- ability to work to deadlines; experience in planning and co-ordination of projects that may take some weeks or months to complete
