  • contact new leads , identify needs and turn them into sales
  • managing the client portfolio and satisfaction, identify new cross-sell and upsell opportunities
  • identify B2B opportunities liaising with the Business Development Manager about opportunities identified
  • fully utilise the existing CRM database in order to properly manage the portfolio
  • book jobs/vehicle inspections and to follow-up before commencement of the work
  • communicate the progress of the work with the customers as required throughout
  • liaise seamlessly between the client and the other departments involved in the project, keeping all parties up to date
  • proactively suggest improvements to the company's processes / activities
