Responsibility
- you’ll be part of our busy office team who deal directly with customers and suppliers
- however, your role will also include accounts administration, including credit control and processing payments
- serving walk-in customers at the trade counter
- you will interact with customers via e-mail, phone and in person since we have a busy trade counter offering walk-in sales to the general public and local businesses
- credit Control and processing payments, Sales and Purchase ledgers
- your principal role will be to process email orders and serve customers on the phone and in-person, dealing with enquiries, quotes and offering excellent customer service, since the customer is at the heart of everything we do
