- carter Security is currently recruiting a Service Desk Coordinator to join our fast paced Fire and Security servicing team
- we are looking for someone with excellent communication and organization skills
- the Service Desk Coordinator is operationally responsible for processing and scheduling engineer works on a day to day basis
- reporting to the Service Team Leader/Manager, you will collectively manage the workload driving excellent customer service
- as a reactive team, the service coordinator will need to be able to prioritize and work quickly and efficiently
- the successful candidate will be self-motivated and understand the importance of accurate data entry, someone who is able to work as part of a team as well as alone using their own initiative
- additional information : Other duties may be assigned as per the needs of the business
- other duties will include attending team meetings and general day to day administration tasks
