we are looking for someone with excellent communication and organization skills
the Service Desk Coordinator is operationally responsible for processing and scheduling engineer works on a day to day basis
reporting to the Service Team Leader/Manager, you will collectively manage the workload driving excellent customer service
as a reactive team, the service coordinator will need to be able to prioritize and work quickly and efficiently
the successful candidate will be self-motivated and understand the importance of accurate data entry, someone who is able to work as part of a team as well as alone using their own initiative
