  • the working hours would be Monday to Friday 9am - 3pm
  • carrick Johnson Management Services Limited are family run well established business based in Torquay, we look after leasehold blocks of flats and housing developments with Covenants, our Clients are Freeholders or Directors of those developments
  • we are recruiting for a Part Time Assistant Property Manager to join our team; the role is to support Property Managers and other staff members with administrative tasks and will include obtaining quotations for works, maintenance co-ordination and progression, front of house customer service duties, keeping accurate client records, maintenance tracking, working to strict and sometimes tight deadlines
  • you would be working in a busy office environment and have excellent computer and customer service skills, co-ordination skills and the ability to quickly multi-task
  • job Types: Part-time, Permanent
  • part-time hours: 30 per week
