Responsibility
- manage all aspects of assigned properties
- develop and maintain positive relationships with Landlord and tenants
- complete inspections of assigned properties on a regular basis
- ensure Management system is kept up to date
- arrange and complete lease agreements
- ensure necessary references and/or guarantors are received and approved prior to lease execution
- process applications and follow up with all applications on successful and unsuccessful tenants
- ensure repair issues and dealt with in a timely manner and ensure work is completed to required standard
Requirements
- proven work experience as Property Manager
- full understanding of property management
- in depth knowledge of all rules and regulations surrounding property management
- customer focus with strong communication and presentation skills
- well organised with excellent time management skills
