Responsibility

  • as a mortgage administrator you can expect to
  • ensure clients have a smooth and pleasant experience within CSMS. –
  • assist the self-employed advisors in managing relationships with new clients and making sure relationships are maintained with existing clients
  • diary planning to include adviser call backs, customer retention and reviews
  • assist the mortgage advisor with supplying accurate data to lenders, solicitors and insurers
  • work pro-actively with mortgage lenders and insurance companies pre offer and delivering outcomes to the client
  • effective post offer chasing of solicitors and liaising with clients to achieve the desired completion date
  • efficient use of specialist inhouse systems to record client journey progress
