Responsibility

  • this is a great opportunity for a candidate who is looking for progression and development within an experienced and knowledgeable team
  • conduct outbound calls to your assigned portfolio customers to ensure maximum account growth and capture any opportunities
  • capture all outbound call activity on our CRM to ensure customer contact data is up to date
  • participate in pre-defined outbound calling ‘campaigns’ to generate sales leads
  • we have a vacancy for an internally based Sales Account Manager role in a leading distributor of Safety Wear, P.P.E, Signage, Workwear supplies
  • demonstrate effective communication skills, understanding the customer requirement and identifying sales opportunities
  • the role will involve solving customers problems and providing them with a solution via phone/email, processing data and listing products for our exciting new ecommerce site, with additional opportunities for additional responsibilities as experience is gained within the company
  • to successfully convert enquiries into orders and achieve agreed margin to hit and surpass revenue targets

Requirements
