Responsibility

  • to support the manager to
  • provide safe, high quality education and care for the playgroup children
  • ensure all legal and statutory requirements are met
  • lead and manage staff in the absence of the Manager
  • contribute and ensure the implementation of playgroup policies and procedures
  • work collaboratively with the elected management committee
  • plan and implement a Pre-School Curriculum with all staff, taking into account the SEN code of practice, child protection procedures and equality and diversity considerations
