- we are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking, self-motivated person who has a high attention to detail and an inquisitive manner
- this is a varied role working within a small team in a fast paced and ever-changing environment
- the ideal candidate will need previous experience over various accounting functions
- responsible for all purchase ledger functions, reconciling purchase invoices, posting invoices, recharging invoices, raising mid and month end payment runs
- daily bank reconciliations for multiple currency bank accounts
- processing all receipts, payments and credit card payments
- liaising with other team members from different departments to reconcile purchase discrepancies
Education
- certificate of Higher Education
Requirements
- minimum of 5 years accounting experience essential, preferably in a similar role
- great communication skills both written and oral
- analytical skills
- ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously to meet goals and deadlines
- commercial awareness
- creative planning and problem solving
- accounting: 5 years
- must have previous experience of month end processes & reconciliations
