  • accurate inputting and coding of purchase ledger invoices and credit notes
  • bank reconciliation
  • daily sale/till reconciliation
  • banking
  • resolve any invoice queries
  • conduct general admin duties which may include answering the telephone, taking messages and dealing with members enquiries
  • assisting the General Manager with the day-today administration of the Club
  • we are looking for an Admin/Purchase Ledger Assistant to provide admin support to the General Manager and Head of Finance
