- we are looking for motivated Support Workers to join our expanding Supported Living Service
- you will work within a team to support adults with learning disabilities within their home and the community
- you will play an important part in an inspiring and rewarding role
- we are looking for motivated, person-centred Support Workers to join our expanding Supported Living Services team. You will join a committed team who support adults with complex learning disabilities within their home and the community
- by providing agreed support to a young man overnight, you will ensure he has someone available if required overnight, ensuring his safety and wellbeing whilst he is in bed
- by providing personal care and support to individuals, you will promote maximum independence, responsibility, self-confidence and social skills, whilst exploring positive opportunities for them to access community life
