- be accountable to the homes registered manager and Senior Residential Support worker leading the shift
- to undertake any training that is deemed appropriate to your position
- to attend staff meetings and be a positive role model to the children at their meetings
- be able to take part in various leisure activities with the children
- ensure the completion of all key worker task’s set by your senior team member
- administration of medication when required
- to follow guidance from senior colleagues to ensure the smooth day to day running of the home providing structure and appropriate boundaries for the children and young people in our care
- be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and other professionals, as well as be able to demonstrate Strong verbal and written skills
