Requirements
- proven retail and management experience, ideally in a similar industry
- strong customer service skills, with the ability to coach and mentor team members
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills to motivate and lead a team
- good organizational and time-management abilities
- experience with cash banking and reconciliation
- knowledge of visual merchandising techniques
- familiarity with vaping products and trends
- retail sales: 3 years
