Requirements

  • ITIL qualification or equivalent experience, proven skills to run and maintain ISO-standards and IT security framework
  • proven experience of working with software/infrastructure suppliers and outsourced solution providers
  • excellent project management skills and experience of software implementations, integrations and deployments and change management
  • proven experience of working in a Windows environment, Active Directory, Remote Desktop Services, Microsoft 365, and Intune
  • experience of supporting and maintaining contact centre alarm software and telephony desirable
  • analytic, problem solver and logical
  • ability to manage financial targets and budgets
  • educated to Degree Level in IT Science
