ITIL qualification or equivalent experience, proven skills to run and maintain ISO-standards and IT security framework
proven experience of working with software/infrastructure suppliers and outsourced solution providers
excellent project management skills and experience of software implementations, integrations and deployments and change management
proven experience of working in a Windows environment, Active Directory, Remote Desktop Services, Microsoft 365, and Intune
experience of supporting and maintaining contact centre alarm software and telephony desirable
analytic, problem solver and logical
ability to manage financial targets and budgets
educated to Degree Level in IT Science
Responsibility
identify and implement improvement actions as part of ISO9001 and ISO27001
proven experience in incident handling and business continuity; fault analysis, escalations to internal/external stakeholders, follow up, and corrective actions
