managing and updating hospital data
identifying client needs and providing training and offering support material for clients
recording data accurately in the CRM System
liaising and supporting other members of the sales team and consulting with other departments
meeting targets and KPI’s set by the UK Sales Manager
as a Business Development Associate for this rapidly growing medical device company, you will be responsible for initiating contact with potential and current customers to generate and qualify leads, promote the company's products and services, and identify sales opportunities.The role is predominately office based; however, client visits with other members of the team may be necessary
Requirements
previous Sales or Customer Service Experience
PC literate with an understanding of Windows based systems
excellent communication skills
ability to understand multiple products – although full training will be provided
