Responsibility

  • receiving referrals and setting up new care packages
  • effective care planning and reviews
  • undertaking risk assessments
  • creating and managing the weekly rosters
  • carry out quality monitoring of the service
  • allocation of rotas 2 weeks in advance, with a minimum of 75% being permanently allocated to staff
  • maintenance of client and care staff notes on our rostering system
  • ensure care provision meets CQC guidelines
