In the spirit of Christmas, I would like to write a glowing review, but alas, there isn't anything cheery or jingleworthy to say about this level 4 naughty lister.

In light of recent press reports on the handling of vulnerable disabled service users at Douglass House respite care and emergency accommodation for disabilities and complex needs in Plymouth, this has exposed the inadequate safeguarding and care that Plymouth City Council and their partners in health and social care have been providing.

Drawing from my thirty years experience and expertise, that care providers in general holds too much influence, which has the government in its thrall. As a result, giving care providers carte blanche, frequently at the expense of their clients.
