Responsibility
managing the office and welcoming all clients and visitors including telephone calls and all office correspondence
supervising general administrative work, designing office work flow, assessing and providing feedback to improve internal performances
performing data entry roles including updating records, systems and data bases for the team, personnel, financial and legal information
managing inventory of office supplies, including stationary and multi media equipment to ensure smooth office operations
assessing client’s needs and formulating with the client an individual support plan which identifies the action to be taken
identify other agencies who can contribute to meeting the clients support needs and actively engage with these agencies
encourage clients to participate in chosen training and /or educational opportunities together with less formal learning activities
engaging with people who are socially excluded and may have a variety of needs including homelessness , anti-social behaviour, needs arising from refugee status, needs arising from domestic violence etc
