  • organising formal meetings in conjunction with Directors / HR consultants and on occasions take minutes of these meetings
  • identifying sources of training for staff
  • assisting in the review process of relevant policies, guidelines and handbooks
  • identifying and utilising additional sources of staff recruitment
  • to liaise with RW Resources agency staff and overtime for substantive staff to cover gaps in rotas
