- we are ideally looking for a driver with experience working in a children's care home
- we work towards towards developing stability of placement through effective attachments, therapeutic parenting, promoting the independence and maximising young people's potential in life
Requirements
- DRIVER – ESSENTIAL. Full clean licence required
- have an understanding of Ofsted regulations
- experience and understanding of EBD and challenging behaviour
- sensitive, empathic approach with resilient nature
- reflective and reflexive practice
- excellent interpersonal skills
- A passion for supporting vulnerable children and a commitment to ensuring best practice
