Responsibility

  • review, process and monitor progress of tasks and jobs managed on the client’s online portal
  • tickets are raised by store manager
  • provide key reporting into the Account Managers and clients on a weekly basis
  • control, maintain and respond to relevant emails in a timely manner
  • assist the Account Managers with the inputting of relevant information on to internal and external systems/documents
  • supporting the Account Managers to assist in the administration of client files
  • working alongside the Project Managers to put weekly/fortnightly small work programs together for operatives
  • supporting the Project Manager with administrative duties for the above, creating works files including RAMS and sign off documentation
