- the Finance Director role is critical in ensuring that the organisation is properly resourced and is a principal source of advice for the CEO and Board
- an ability to relay complex financial information to individuals with varying levels of financial knowledge

- 2 Manage, report and advise on current and future financial position of Thrive
- to act as the principal source of advice to the CEO and Board of Trustees/Directors and other senior staff with budgetary responsibility on ongoing financial matters, including the budgetary position for the organisation and projects departments, planning for change in resources and sustainability
