cnc turner
Responsibility
- set up and operate FANUC control CNC turning machines to produce precision parts according to specifications
- read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions
- perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet required tolerances and specifications
- make adjustments to machine settings as needed to maintain product quality
- monitor machine operations and troubleshoot issues as they arise
- maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements
- previous experience operating CNC turning machines is required
- knowledge of Oil & Gas components and the various materials used
- ability to assemble and disassemble machine tooling
- basic math skills for measuring and calculating dimensions
- experience with materials handling and warehouse operations is beneficial
