Responsibility

  • at the end of the night you cash up and ensure that intake matches the registrations
  • in quiet periods between classes you may be dealing with some administrative tasks
  • A part time customer service administrator is needed to join the front desk team at a dance school in Maida Vale, 24 hours per month
  • ideally dance school experience and interest in dance
  • friendly working environment, you would be dealing with adults, managing a very busy registrations process, need to be able to deal with all sorts of people and personalities quickly, politely and professionally
  • you would be explaining various course options and packages to help students with their registrations, collecting payments, marking attendance and providing directions
  • experience with managing a busy flow of customers and efficient dealing with payments
  • you have an energetic, friendly, positive and upbeat personality, great interpersonal skills and experience of dealing with customer complaints
