Responsibility

  • your primary responsibility will be to provide outstanding customer service to all members of our organization
  • maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in our CRM system
  • proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer service processes, provide feedback on customer preferences, and contribute to ongoing improvements within the company
