- securing appropriate cover for new business, renewals, and providing cross-selling opportunities
- responsible for assigned renewals, MTAs, and quotations in accordance with company processes
- discuss any additional exposures and covers to ensure that all insurance requirements are satisfied
- ensure that system records are created, and the required documentation is issued to clients and insurers
