Responsibility
- building relationships with the Estate Agency teams in order to provide training and support
- we are part of Countrywide Limited which is a subsidiary of Connells Group
- attracting new customers and business, whilst being motivated to achieve professional goals within a result-driven environment
- they are able to utilise bridging, commercial, development and other structures within their solutions for our clients
- taking part in regular branch meetings to discuss best practice and build lasting relationships
- provide professional advice to our new clients introduced via our introducers
- A minimum of two years’ experience as a Mortgage adviser and hold full CeMAP or equivalent qualification
- capital Private Finance was established in 2010 and specialises in property finance working very closely with over 110 branches of Hamptons and John D Wood in London and the south of England
Requirements
- full CeMAP or industry equivalent qualification
- able to generate new business in a target driven environment
- to cover Richmond and Belgravia
- you will need to be adaptable, self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast paced, target driven environment
- outstanding customer care / customer service experience
- in addition our advisors are to assist clients with specialist lending solutions such as bridging, equity release and commercial
- resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
