Responsibility

  • ad-hoc / random projects & demands, logistics, errands
  • deposit returns negotiation
  • procurement: obtaining quotes, managing sub-contractors & suppliers, checking invoices against quotes & contracts
  • advising landlord on their legal requirements and duty of care
