Responsibility
- training and inspiring our accounting apprentice who are primarily responsible for sales and purchase ledger functions and stock processing
- reconciliations of bank accounts and all other balance sheet accounts
- monthly management accounts
- preparation of payroll information for presentation to external payroll bureau
- preparation of quarterly VAT returns
- assisting the FD and MD with adhoc reporting or projects
Requirements
- sage 50 experience including stock control and foreign currency
- management accounting
- an eye for detail and a systematic approach
- an excellent team player and communicator
- reliable and trustworthy
- willing to work under pressure when required
- accounting: 1 year
- bookkeeping: 1 year
