Requirements

- in-depth knowledge of child protection and safeguarding procedures
- excellent understanding of the legislative framework governing children's homes
- strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- level 5 Diploma in leadership and Management for Residential Childcare
- level 4 Diploma for Residential Childcare
- full UK Driving License
- recent experience working either as a Children's Home Registered Manager or as a Children's Home Deputy Manager in a Children's Home
