- assisting with the analysis of new funding and investment opportunities
- manipulating and appraising financial models for potential transactions
- responding promptly to queries from other teams within the wider group
- production of various monitoring reports for review by C-suite staff
- research into specific markets or sectors to support transactions
- reviewing term sheets to understand loan specifics and use these to model likely loan scenarios
- review monitoring reports, visit sites and create progress reports to ensure facilities remain compliant
- drafting application packs to present to Lenders/Investors, including compiling market data and liaising with Lenders/Investors/Borrowers for required information surrounding each transaction
