responding promptly to queries from other teams within the wider group
production of various monitoring reports for review by C-suite staff
research into specific markets or sectors to support transactions
reviewing term sheets to understand loan specifics and use these to model likely loan scenarios
review monitoring reports, visit sites and create progress reports to ensure facilities remain compliant
drafting application packs to present to Lenders/Investors, including compiling market data and liaising with Lenders/Investors/Borrowers for required information surrounding each transaction
