Responsibility
- assist the Manager in overseeing the daily operations of a home care facility
- provide direct care and support to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living
- administer medications to residents according to prescribed schedules and protocols
- monitor and document residents' health status and report any changes or concerns to the Manager
- coordinate and communicate with healthcare professionals, families, and other staff members to ensure quality care for residents
- assist in developing and implementing care plans for individual residents
- supervise and train staff members in proper care techniques and protocols
- ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and policies
Requirements
- previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a home care or healthcare setting
- knowledge of medication administration procedures and protocols
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
- compassionate and caring attitude towards residents
- ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- high level of professionalism and integrity
