Responsibility
- participate in performance and development reviews, identifying learning and training opportunities
- comply with health and safety regulations in the workplace
- uphold the Trust's Equal Opportunities Policy
- maintain a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
- co-operate with external and internal auditors as required
- assist Finance Managers with monthly reconciliations of financial systems, balance sheets, and bank accounts
- enter invoices and other source documents into the Trust's financial accounting system, utilising double-entry bookkeeping principles
Requirements
- enthusiasm for finance and a desire to pursue a career in the field
- willingness to work towards an AAT Level 3 qualification
- strong attention to detail and accuracy
- excellent organisational and time management skills
- ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- full driving licence and access to your own vehicle
