Tribell is a lively and informal investment and asset management company that has developed and operated over £1 billion of office and residential assets across the UK. Reporting into our Head of Property Services, you will be responsible for the following: Mobilisation of new acquisitions: Set up property specifications on our business systems Review compliance with property statutory and best practice requirements Review surveys and reports for Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) requirements Define property management strategy and set up suppliers Define facilities management strategy and set up suppliers Property Services: Contractor engagement & performance management for building management services Quality control of record keeping for property services matters Management of CAPEX property programmes Management of environmental, social and governance property management matters Operational (OPEX) management 3rd party operator engagement & performance management Management of insurance policy requirements and claims Implementation & administration of site management strategies Property inspections Requirements Previous experience working in a property, development or maintenance role Previous experience managing or supporting the management of a large portfolio Technically adept and have proven experience working with Excel (in particular pivot tables and lookups) You hold a full UK driving license and have access to a vehicle Benefits The successful candidate will benefit from: 25 days annual leave (not including bank holidays) and an additional 5 days leave over Christmas Hybrid working and flexible working hours Free onsite parking A salary of £25,000-£35,000, dependent on experience.

The role As an Assistant Property Manager, you will work with colleagues in our development and operational teams to assist with the management of portfolios in-line with asset business plan objectives and targets of the client as follows: Mobilisation of new acquisitions; The coordination and administration of property specifications on our business systems Reviewing and administering compliance requirements Assisting the Property Manager with the review of technical surveys and reports Coordination and administration of Property Services tasks: Managing contractor engagement for building management services Administration of building management strategy Record keeping for building management matters Management of insurance policy requirements and claims Coordination and administration of facilities management and property compliance tasks: Administration of site management strategy Record keeping for facilities management matters Assisting the Property Manager with property inspections when required Property compliance statutory obligations (HMO licenses, safety certifications and risk assessments) Requirements The must-have skills and experience that we think you may need for this role are: You have previous experience working in a support or coordinator role within a property, development or maintenance team You are technically adept and have proven experience working within different systems You have excellent written work and attention to detail Intermediate Word and Excel skills You hold a full UK driving license and have access to a motor vehicle (our office is not accessible by public transport).
