reporting directly to the Regional Director, a Camp Manager is responsible for the overall delivery and day to day operations of an unforgettable Camp 4 Champs experience, ensuring every child is safe and secure, engaged and has fun, regardless of their ability
the Camp Manager role requires dedication as we’re looking for Camp Managers who can fulfil this role Monday to Friday as a full-time position during the school holidays, to act as the responsible individual, the first aider and the contact for the site team
parent/carer interaction will also feature, being front of house and the first point of contact for any queries, complaints and or site visits
the Camp Manager role requires preparation as you’ll be expected to lead team briefings, and help to organise the activity programme, for example, to ensure a smooth delivery
you’ll also follow operating procedures and policies, completing all relevant paperwork, including the recording of incidents, medical administration forms and managing Ofsted requirements
child safety is our utmost priority, so Camp Managers need to ensure that the welfare of children is paramount always; upholding health and safety standards and procedures, ensuring staff supervise children at all times and overseeing the safe use of equipment
checking equipment and completing paperwork to order supplies
Requirements
management or leadership: 1 year

an enthusiasm for, and a minimum of 12 months experience of working with children aged 4 to 14 years old
