- lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of email and social media campaigns from ideation to launch
- generate innovative marketing ideas and initiatives to increase sales and drive business growth
- develop and implement your own marketing strategies that align with the overall marketing goals defined by the Digital Marketing Manager

- coordinate and execute marketing strategies in collaboration with the Digital Marketing Manager and other team members

Requirements
- demonstrated experience in planning, executing, and managing marketing campaigns from ideation to completion, including reporting on performance
- proven ability to analyse past marketing strategies and identify areas for improvement
- self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and take initiative
- minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar digital marketing role
- valid driving licence
- ideally have experience marketing for engineering and industrial automation companies, however not essential as full training will be given
- experience with creating briefs for design and marketing agencies
- track record of providing excellent ROI through the implementation of effective marketing strategies
