Requirements

  • minimum 4 years London Market Experience of International Facultative Property Underwriting/Broking
  • significant knowledge of relevant market conditions for Property Business
  • good understanding of Property underwriting
  • strong knowledge of underwriting process and procedures including PPL, Whitespace
  • strong knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements
  • specific professional qualification or good progress toward this goal
  • substantial experience gained within the insurance industry and within a specialised/complex underwriting area
  • good working knowledge of relevant underwriting systems - Familiarity with Sequel Eclipse & Sequel Impact while not required would be highly useful

Responsibility

  • prepare/contribute to monthly, quarterly and ad hoc management information
