  • the post holder will support the PCN executive team and member practices with operational and strategic management

  • they will build and maintain strong working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure collaborative approaches to service development and delivery
  • the post holder will co-ordinate the successful delivery of PCN services and PCN contractual requirements to ensure they are delivered to a high standard and improve outcomes for the local population
  • the post holder will be responsible for the development and maintenance of systems and processes to ensure the PCN operates at the highest level of performance and accountability
