Responsibility
- lead and manage the nursing resource, working closely with the practice management and GPs to deliver the practice priorities
- ensure the practice and its staff are compliant with infection prevention and control policies and procedures
- assure clinical safety and drive excellent patient outcomes
- support the practice manager and clinical lead in service delivery

- clinically, the focus of the role is the delivery of evidence-based practice for patients with long-term conditions and management, and preventative nursing interventions to all patients
