Responsibility
responsibility for ensuring all correspondence is accurately and appropriately presented
maintaining knowledge of provider services, referral criteria and medical terminology
have advanced keyboard skills to provide accurate and timely referrals/letters
processing all electronic referrals & Worklists using the eRS system
to manage and prioritise incoming emails. Patients email requests for medical letters
address patients queries regarding problems with appointments and test results consulting with hospital departments as appropriate
manage messages for the clinicians, recording via the IT system, ensuring all messages are relayed as quickly as possible
