Responsibility
- oversee the daily operations of a domiciliary care facility covering Birmingham, Walsall, Worcester and Redditch
- ensure compliance with all relevant CQC regulations and Care Standards
- develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain high-quality care
- manage and supervise a team of care staff, providing guidance and support
- calvic Enterprises are looking for an individual who can make a massive difference to the lives of those we support, and also be a role model and leader to those who work for us
- conduct regular assessments of residents' needs and develop individual care plans

- coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure appropriate medical care for residents
Education
- diploma of Higher Education
Requirements
- registered Manager qualification or equivalent experience in a similar role
- strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with residents, families, and staff
- sound knowledge of relevant legislation, CQC regulations, and best practices in domiciliary care
- ability to make decisions under pressure and handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism
- strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and ensure efficient operations
- domiciliary Manager: 2 years
